2. Prices
All prices at Kulora ApS are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and duties.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to make reservations for sold-out items and any pricing errors.
3. Ordering and Payment
Payment can be made with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Dankort.
Payment is only debited from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to Denmark
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout
- Shipments are delivered with GLS or PostNord to a parcel shop or address
If a package is not collected and returned to us, a fee of DKK 60 will be charged to cover handling costs.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us clearly at info@kulora.dk within 14 days. After this, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Return costs are borne by you as the customer.
We do not collect packages from parcel shops – returns must be sent directly to our address.
6. Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item – equivalent to trying it out in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, a deduction may be made from the refund.
7. Right to Complain
You have a 2-year right to complain according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.
In the case of an approved complaint, Kulora ApS covers reasonable return costs.
8. Refund
In case of withdrawal, the amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after we have received your notification – however, we may withhold the amount until the item has been returned or documentation has been provided.
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation (GDPR).
The purpose is to be able to complete your order and provide customer service.

10. Right to Complain
